Omakase, “I trust you”, is an invitation to rely on the sushi master to discover the authentic tradition of Tokyo’s Edomae-zushi. The menu, created daily by sushi master Masashi Suzuki for all guests, features only the best raw materials offered by the season and the sea.

On the other side of the sushi counter, Miwa Saito gracefully and discreetly takes care of the guests at all times along the way.

The sommelier may complete the experience with his wise suggestions of wine and sake pairing according to the guests’ request.
