Menu

Omakase, “I trust you”, is an invitation to rely on the sushi master to discover authentic Japanese cuisine and sushi based on Tokyo’s Edomae-zushi tradition. The menu, created by sushi master Masashi Suzuki for all guests, features only the best ingredients offered by the season and the sea.

Upon request it is also possible to complete the experience with the sake or wine pairings suggested by our sommelier.
