Booking

It is possible to cancel or modify the reservation without any fees by 3pm of the day prior the booking.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the guest will be charged 100 euros per person.

At IYO Omakase we serve only one set menu for all guests.  We kindly ask to mention allergies or food intolerances when making the booking, or else we cannot guarantee the variations needed. We also inform our guests that we cannot accommodate the following allergies or dietary requirements: gluten, soy, seafood and vegetarian or vegan requests. We do not have an official dress code, however elegant-casual is preferred. We also kindly ask to refrain from using strong fragrances.

Due to the nature of the experience and in the utmost respect of the other guests, we do not recommend dining at the counter with children under 6 years old. Due to the nature of the location and in compliance with public health standards, we cannot allow pets at the counter.
