Created by our pastry chef, Kim Kyunjoon, the IYO 2025 Panettone combines Milanese tradition with the delicacy of oriental citrus fruits.
The soft dough contains yuzu and halabong — citrus fruits grown on the Korean island of Jeju — which are candied by hand to preserve their fragrance and freshness.
Clean, persistent citrus notes blend with the sweetness of caramel milk chocolate and a touch of Tonka bean, which adds warmth and depth.
The result is an elegant, harmonious panettone where East meets West in a balance of aromas and textures.
Our leavened product has an ideal shelf life of approximately 45 days, as it is an artisan product and does not contain preservatives. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place and allowing it to reach room temperature for 24 hours before consumption.
